Testing out my New Dell XPS 15 Sandy Bridge Processor 2nd generation intel processors, Playing The Dark Knight and testing the sound, back-lit keyboard PLEASE STOP ASKING WHY I DO NOT TALK, I DO NOT FEEL LIKE IT PLUS I HATE MY VOICE FOR SOME ODD REASON LOL
I just received the Dell XPS 15 L502X and wanted to give some initial impressions of this Sandy Bridge based multimedia notebook. This configuration has an Intel Core i7 2630QM (Sandy Bridge) CPU, 6GB DDR3 ram, 640GB 7200rpm HDD, Nvidia 525M w1gb of ram and Optimus, Intel 1030 N w Bluetooth 3.0, 8X tray loading dual layer DVD burner and a full HD (1080p) 15.6 FHD B+RGLED display. HDMI, Display Port, SPDIF, HD webcam, back-lit keyboard, and USB 3.0 are all on board, making this 6+ pound laptop a true desktop replacement both in and out of the house. Battery life with the standard 6 cell battery averaged 4 hours, which for a Core i7 CPU based notebook is unheard of. This is one of the many performance gains that Intels second generation Sandy Bridge architecture has to offer. Enjoy the video! -TDD
